The world of Serviced Offices is in our DNA. Caryl and Harry Fuchs founded the first serviced office building in the UK back in 1979 and today, 43 years later, their son and daughter, Niki and Giles, continue to fly the flag with the OSiT brand.
But, here at OSiT it’s not just about being flag bearers for the heritage of the industry. We are passionate about the future - the future of our business, the industry and of our clients.
Our office space centres are known for their curated design themes, the friendly and warm teams that manage them day to day, and of course, the quality fit out. With themes such as happiness, nautical, Alice in Wonderland, the great English literaries, and Monopoly, there is always something to capture the imagination of clients and inspire people to do their best work.
We focus on creating the best possible workspaces for our clients and will forever continue to develop what we offer in order to give them the best environments for their businesses to thrive.

Caryl Fuchs opened our first serviced office in Northampton
The Fuchs were pioneers of the concept of serviced offices, launching City Executive Centres
Office Space in Town Ltd formed
The company was opened for business
Office Space Hemel Hempstead was opened
We took over the management of The Marlowes Business Centre in Hemel Hempstead for CBRE
Our plans for the future
Our long term strategic plan is to continue to grow the number of centres that we have at a sustainable rate through the purchase of freeholds and long leaseholds predominantly in London.
We are looking at buying buildings from 25,000 to 100,000 sq ft plus. Our vision is to continue to provide boutique, design-led workspaces for our clients in key London locations which are finished to the highest standard. We will continue to disrupt the serviced office market by bringing new products and services to our buildings as we have done in the last five years. All ensuring that we are able to provide business property and service solutions that will sustain our clients businesses into the future.
