When Office Space in Town was founded in 2009, It was important to brother and sister team Giles & Niki Fuchs to build a company that represented their ethics, morals and family business background, which was initially founded by their parents Caryl & Harry Fuchs in 1979 opening one of the first of its kind in Northampton called OTTS, known then as a Business Centre. Here Niki began her career in the industry, starting as a receptionist and working her way up to become a Centre Manager, Operations and Training Manager and then eventually becoming Managing Director.

OTSS then grew to 7 centres nationwide within 10 years, turning into City Executive Centres in 1994. This was the first pure management company which was dedicated to landlords and building owners, providing serviced offices to maximise the yield from their buildings, to assist them in growing their companies.

Giles, after setting up his own business, one of the largest estate agencies in Northamptonshire, moved on to join Niki in the running of City Executive Centres. The company was sold to MWB Business Exchange in 2005, and at the time of selling had 13 centres across the UK and was still the only company of its kind.

Giles & Niki were keen to return to the industry, thus Office Space in Town was born in 2009 and is continuing to grow at a rapid pace and be widely recognised a pioneering force in the serviced office sector.
