We are really pleased to announce that our Blackfriars centre has been shortlisted for the Wellbeing award at this year’s Property Week Awards.
Inspired by happiness, OSiT Blackfrairs was designed to reduce workplace stresses so teams can focus on their wellbeing and productivity. The office, at 22 Tudor Street, is the newest addition to the OSiT portfolio, delivering top connectivity in a luxury designed office space.
The OSiT Blackfriars building is only a four minute walk from Blackfriars mainline station and tube station, with London Bridge overland, Crossrail, City Thameslink and Bank tube stations all also accessible in just a few minutes. Ensuring that any commute into the office is as quick, efficient and painless as possible once in London.
The fit out of the building was designed to make working conditions as pleasant as possible and features smart technology glass, with automatically tints to maximise natural light throughout the building, while also reducing heat and glare. Similarly the air quality within the building in maintained by air purifiers, which filter out pollutants and impurities, and also ensure there is plenty of fresh air ventilating the building. Both these examples of smart technology help to create pleasant work environments which support employee wellbeing.
