I came, by chance, into the serviced offices sector in 2003 and before I knew it ten years had passed. In March 2014, with my passion for this fast-paced industry still growing, I made the life-changing decision to leave my working world in Cambridge and joined the team at Office Space in Town in London at their Liverpool Street Centre. I can genuinely say I have not looked back for a minute, even with the commute!

My first challenge as General Manager was to oversee the introduction of the board game-inspired design we have at the Liverpool Street centre today. The centre had been open for just over a year and we worked with focus groups, design boards and customer feedback to successfully introduce the new theme.  The key to getting such an effective outcome was our commitment to not only delivering a ‘look and feel’ — but also achieving the practical and inspiring atmosphere that the businesses we support have come to expect. 

Now at the London Monument office, our flagship centre, my focus remains on nurturing a community culture for our clients which is service driven, balancing professionalism with the genuine warmth that we have developed. As a team, and a community, across Office Space in Town our daily objective is to continue to grow our centres as places where people love to come to work.
