Both myself and my team were hugely impressed

I wanted to drop a quick note to first of all thank you for accommodating us over the last couple of days. The venue went down an absolute treat and was a really nice alternative to a bog standard meeting venue, or conference area in a hotel. I would absolutely recommend the venue – in fact I have already – to my colleagues both because of the venue as well as the level of service we received. Which leads me on nicely to my next point…. Antonia was absolutely fantastic. Considering that I am aware she is new into role – you would never be able to guess this. Both myself and my team were hugely impressed by her polite and welcoming manner, obvious passion for what she does and for keeping clients happy. The natural way that she is with people isn’t something that money can buy and she is very enjoyable to work with. Always calm when receiving last minute requests and always with a smile. So I just wanted to let you know that we were all thrilled that she was looking after us. Thank you for a great couple of days and I hope to return in the future.
