Transport & Location

This five-star serviced office building is located in the Shepherds Market area of Mayfair. The centre is close to top London attractions including theatres, world-famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and the vibrant shopping districts Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and Bond Street. Green Park Underground is an eight-minute walk and Hyde Park Underground only five minutes walk away. For convenience, there are several NCP car parks within a one minute walk.

By Road

10 Brick Street, W1J 7HQ - The centre can be reached by all of the main arterial roads into London and sits just behind where Piccadilly and Park Lane meet.

By Tube

The centre can be reached within 5 minutes from Green Park Tube Station which is served by the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria lines. The Piccadilly line also stops at Hyde Park Corner tube station which is a 5-minute walk as well.

By Train

Euston, Victoria, Kings Cross and Vauxhall stations are all on lines served by Green Park Tube Station.

Meet the Manager

Having worked with both Giles and Niki since 1998 in various property-related roles, I was extremely honoured to be here at the beginning of Office Space in Town when we opened Euston Tower in 2011.
I launched Euston Tower as General Manager with a team many of whom are still with us and have progressed to be Managers in our other London centres. At Office Space in Town, not only do we truly believe in training and helping staff progress, whether it be in sales, operations, reception or conferencing – it’s a real opportunity.
Following the speedy growth of our business, in 2013 I was offered a Directorship by Giles and Niki. Without hesitation, I accepted and feel I am truly an official family member!
Since then I have been excited to take responsibility for opening the Mayfair centre, managing Euston Tower and overseeing marketing for the Group. In the marketing role, I am now supported by our amazing Marketing Executive, Matthew, ensuring our brand and promotional marketing are consistent and we continue to set the pace at the forefront of the serviced office industry.
It really is a great company to work for, including stunning facilities, colleagues and clients alike!

Internet Provision

The centre has two diverse tier one Ethernet lines coming into the building which gives us a robust failover service for both internet and telephony. 
Our internet service is monitored on a millisecond basis to ensure that we are able to act quickly and with the knowledge to any interruptions to our services.
We use a software system that manages our infrastructure of Internet, networking, Wi-Fi and voice.  This software is in real time and gives us immediate information and enables us to react to our client’s needs in an instant.


We currently use the Avaya Aura Platform which is designed to support mid to large enterprises.  Full details of the system and its functionality are available from the centre.

Meeting Rooms

Mayfair is the spirit of the twenties. With the art-deco skylight shining down on the feature staircase, which wraps around the impressive grand piano in the atrium. The IT and Telecoms infrastructure also lives up to this grand design led building. Offering fibre optic internet, flat screen HD TVs, and conference telephones.

Step onto the lawn, and you will be instantly be relaxed by this cool, welcoming art-deco environment. We offer meeting room here built to impress any client you need to impress. This is a space not to miss out on.

Champagne is a grand twenty-person boardroom, which is host to luxurious champagne styled wallpaper. This art-deco space will make you feel as though you have been transported to one of Gatsby’s infamous parties, whilst you’re hosting a meeting.

The Whisky Lounge is a ten-person impressive boardroom. Which has whisky bottles lined up on the wall. You will be transported to the roaring twenties with this driven boardroom.
