Meet the Manager

I first started with Office Space in Town in 2012 and was based at their very first London site, Euston Tower. Having been hired by the General Manager Sarah Singlehurst, she quickly become my mentor and life coach. Having had no previous experience of serviced offices, she taught me the ropes in a fast-paced environment. Opportunities arose at Euston Tower and I settled into an operations based role. This gave me a good grasp on the engine room of the business, as well as being client facing. I spent three years at Euston and Sarah promoted me to Assistant General Manager.

In 2015, a fantastic opportunity presented itself with a new building in Mayfair. Both Sarah and I took the reins at the new site in Mayfair, which boasted a 1920’s Art Deco design. We were able to put our own stamp on it and it quickly became our baby. Mayfair has since flourished and is a big attraction in Office Space in Town's portfolio.

In 2017 the Directors of Office Space in Town rewarded me with the privilege of becoming the General Manager of Mayfair. My development through Office Space in Town is a true credit to the ethos of the company. They provide an internal support structure with an emphasis on staff development and inspire a passion for excellent customer service.

The centre has two diverse tier one ethernet lines coming into the building which gives us a robust failover service for both internet and telephony. 
 
Our internet service is monitored on a millisecond basis to ensure that we are able to act quickly and with the knowledge to any interruptions to our services.
 
We use a software system that manages our infrastructure of Internet, networking, Wi-Fi and voice.  This software is in real time and gives us immediate information and enables us to react to our client’s needs in an instant.
 

Telephony

We currently use the Avaya Aura Platform which is designed to support mid to large enterprises.  Full details of the system and its functionality are available from the centre.

Meeting Rooms

Our Mayfair serviced office has a Roaring Twenties theme with an Art Deco skylight over the feature staircase that leads down to the impressive grand piano in the atrium. The IT and telecoms infrastructure also lives up to this grand design-led building, offering fibre optic internet, flat screen HD TVs, and conference telephones.

Walk over our lawned entrance area, through the revolving doors and you will instantly feel relaxed in this cool, welcoming Art Deco environment. We offer meeting rooms here designed to impress any client that you need to impress.

  • Champagne Club is a grand sixteen-person boardroom with luxurious hand-printed wallpaper that will make you feel as though you've been transported to one of Gatsby’s infamous parties, whilst you’re hosting a meeting.
  • The Whisky Lounge is an impressive ten-person boardroom with a selection of premium whisky brand bottles lined up on the wall as a design-feature.
