Giles Fuchs is a serial property entrepreneur. In 2009, he cofounded serviced office firm Office Space in Town (OSiT), which acquires, develops and manages boutique serviced offices predominantly across London, but also in Northampton and Cardiff. The company is renowned for its unique designs and outstanding facilities, and these are showcased in its most recent offices which launched in Mayfair and the City in September 2015.

Giles has been leading the discussions around the valuation of serviced offices, specifically freehold buildings, as a defined asset class for institutional investment. Giles is working to develop a market-wide valuation methodology which will assist industry professionals and financial institutions in more fully understanding the serviced office market and its hidden value.

Prior to launching OSiT, Giles had a long standing career in property. He founded Disaster Recovery Solutions Ltd in 2006, which specialises in business continuity services to the SME market, and City Executive Centres in 2001, a flexible office space company which operates in 12 locations across the UK. Giles set up his first business, an estate agency, at the age of 22.

Giles is non-executive Director at Benchmark Law, an invoice auditing company, and is also a Governor of Northampton Academy. Giles was educated at Lockers Park School and Pangbourne College and is a keen sportsman, playing competitive club rugby until recently.
