Hear Our Story The world of Serviced Offices is in our DNA. Caryl and Harry Fuchs founded the first serviced office building in the UK back in 1979 and today, their son and daughter, Niki and Giles, continue to fly the flag with the OSiT brand.

Caryl Fuchs opened our first serviced office in Northampton

The Fuchs were pioneers of the concept of serviced offices in the UK, launching City Executive Centres

Office Space in Town Ltd (OSiT) was formed

OSiT was opened as a Management Company. Founded by brother and sister, Giles and Niki Fuchs, with the help of Sarah Singlehurst.

The OSiT leadership team: Chairman Giles Fuchs, CEO Niki Fuchs, and Sales Director Sarah Singlehurst, bringing over 100 years of combined industry experience to the boutique office sector.

We took over management of our first two centres

We took over the management of centres in Northampton and Cardiff

We took over the management of The Marlowes Business Centre in Hemel Hempstead for CBRE

OSiT Euston Tower was opened

We procured, designed, refurbished  and opened our first London centre, Euston Tower, with private investors. The centre filled so quickly that we doubled its size in June 2011.

March 2012

£36.5 million investment deal with Forum Partners

Forum Partners and OSiT opened LSO1 Ltd to buy buildings in Central London to refurbish and run as serviced offices.

OSiT Liverpool Street was opened

We opened our first centre with Forum Partners at 46 New Broad Street, London, after a substantial refurbishment in the theme of ‘Monopoly’.

OSiT St Pauls was opened

The second centre with Forum Partners was opened at 20 Little Britain, London. The centre underwent a full refurbishment programme with the theme of ‘British Authors’.

OSiT Waterloo was opened

We opened our third centre with Forum Partners at 2- 6 Boundary Row, London. The innovative theme here is ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and was full within two months of opening.

OSiT Mayfair, located at Brick Street, London was opulently refurbished and opened.

OSiT Monument located at 20 St Dunstans Hill was opened. It is the largest centre to undergo refurbishment with a nautical theme. It was also our first centre to house a rooftop cafe bar and serviced bedrooms.

Office Space Cleaning Ltd formed

Office Space Cleaning Ltd (OSC) was formed. It took over all cleaning contracts for OSiT to ensure high standards.

Our plans for the future

Our long term strategic plan is to continue to grow the number of centres that we have at a sustainable rate through the purchase of freeholds and long leaseholds predominantly in London.

We are looking at buying buildings from 25,000 to 100,000 sq ft plus. Our vision is to continue to provide boutique, design-led workspaces for our clients in key London locations which are finished to the highest standard. We will continue to disrupt the serviced office market by bringing new products and services to our buildings as we have done in the last five years. All ensuring that we are able to provide business property and service solutions that will sustain our clients businesses into the future.
