At OSiT, we recognise how important it is to build a sense of community and to understand and support each other’s wellbeing and happiness. Even during the most uncertain times, the strong sense of family that defines OSiT's business ensures that we can continue to achieve reach our goals together.

This is why we hosted our 22 Tudor Street Showcase earlier this month, inviting PAs and Office Managers to join us for an evening of wellbeing at our Home of Happiness, OSiT Blackfriars. The evening was a fantastic networking opportunity, as well as one that aimed to teach our guests about health, happiness and wellbeing – not just at work, but in our daily lives.

Guests heard from three brilliant speakers, including Paul Harter, Founder of Goal Master and performance nutritionist Tim Clarke who together brought clarity around the fice myths surrounding nutrition and exercise. Our second talk was from happiness and lifestyle coach Jazz Pitt, who shared her inspiring story of reigniting happiness.

To round the evening up, MD and co-founder of Office Space in Town, Niki Fuchs was joined by our wonderful event organiser, Cara Gaffney who together took on the raffle draw and distributed a whole host of fantastic prizes to some lucky winners.

We want to thank all of our guests for joining us and celebrating happiness. We couldn’t have known just how important it was to come together as a community at this time.  Looking to the future, we hope that the ideas-sharing culture and sense of family we strive to build will be there to support everyone during this period of uncertainty and in the long term.

Together, we can achieve great things.
