At OSiT, providing an integrated service is a priority.

In a recent interview with Serviced Apartment News, Managing Director of Office Space in Town Niki Fuchs discusses the appeal of serviced bedrooms in OSiT's portfolio, the growing need for mixed-use buildings and the importance of excellent service at all times.

Niki talks about how the decision to provide accommodation was driven largely by OSiT’s clients. Either because they needed somewhere to stay when they were working in London, or because they had overseas clients visiting them. It so happened that our Monument building included the perfect space for our first set of apartments

Niki comments on the discovery that hospitality and serviced office businesses are actually very closely linked. OSiT strives to look after our serviced office clients as they would expect to be looked after in a top-class hotel, and the same approach was taken with our serviced apartments.

Listening to our clients’ feedback has helped us to achieve good occupancy levels and also pitch the right offer at the right price. Our clients are now able to pre-book their stays and book for multiple nights. We also offer a weekend stay, which has proved incredibly popular.

In terms of the future Niki highlights that the five bedrooms at the OSiT Monument centre are incredibly popular and demand is often very high. As part of the overall business strategy she would love to see more serviced apartments available at other, larger OSiT sites, possibly open to the public.
