For many of us, a return to the office will be a welcome step, taking us back to pre-pandemic productivity, re-establishing a normal work life balance and providing a much needed escape from the distractions of home life.

In a recent article for CoStar, OSiT CEO Giles Fuchs argues that the office is far from obsolete, offering wellbeing, development, community and productivity benefits that simply can’t be recreated online.

Having had the privilege of working with the Business Secretary and leaders across our economy to understand what a safe sustainable return to office will look like and how the sector can adapt, Giles outlines the importance of putting safety first, facilitating new commutes and enabling safe socialisation.
