Bear Grylls has a reputation for throwing himself into the great outdoors and using his survival skills to complete many of natures obstacles.

So, we jumped at the chance to get stuck in when we heard about the Bear Grylls obstacle course race in Trent Park back in September. We leapt out of our comfort zones, through the mud and fire to complete the 5k course as the OSiT team. It was fantastic to see everyone working together, and for such a great cause too - our annual charity Shelter From The Storm.

They are the only free homeless shelter in London, and survive on donations alone. OSiT has held many fundraiser events around our centres and completed challenges (including our skydive!) for this incredible charity. We're so proud to be able to make a difference and help them to continue their great work.

A massive thanks to everyone who donated, and of course to our fantastic OSiT team for taking part in the challenges!

Footnote: At the end of the year we had raised a fantastic £12,000 for this wonderful charity.
