I have been in the property industry for most of my working life. I first met Giles and Niki Fuchs when I worked for an estate agent owned by Giles in 1998. I then worked for Niki in her company, City Executive Centres.
City Executive Centres was a pioneering company in the serviced office industry. Being a relatively new industry in the UK, marketing was targeted at educating people and informing businesses about the great product that is flexible office space.
Niki and I also owned and ran our own brokerage, ‘Offices Please!’ for a number of years before co-Founding Office Space in Town with Giles and Niki in 2009.
I started working for Office Space in Town in Hemel Hempstead, then Aylesbury and in January 2011 I opened Euston Tower, the first London-based centre within the group.
My experience within the industry is comprehensive covering various (read: ALL) parts of the industry from reception to sales, from conferencing to operations, from managing to Director.
If I had to say what the secret to success in this business is, it would be one word: staff. Employing and working alongside the very best people, who give the best service, is a great bonus in my everyday life. This positively impacts the clients and is integral to the success of Office Space in Town and why clients choose to make us their business home.
I commute to London on a regular basis and I live and have my office in my home located in Northamptonshire. I spend a lot of time with my family, pets and friends and practice yoga, not as often as I should.
In 2013 I became Sales Director and Co-founder. I finally feel like I have found my forever role.
