After working for many years within the hospitality & customer service industry, I decided in 1999 to take the opportunity to transfer my knowledge and experience to the serviced office industry with MWB in the Thames Valley.

Roll on 17 years and an additional 1:30 hour commute. I was offered the dream opportunity to work for Niki and Giles as Meeting Room & Conferencing General Manager based within our Alice in Wonderland themed centre in Waterloo. Which in turn over the years has offered me the chance to oversee and develop our Event Space at the “Deck” in Monument and become the General Manager at Mayfair & St Paul’s.

In 2019 I moved over to join Simon to launch our “Happiness” Centre in Blackfriars, with its Giant bugs, Giraffes and even a Mermaid on a swing.

Now over 3 years on, I’m still using my hospitality skills on the “Deck” with Holly, continue to manage our Meeting & Conferencing team and my focus is for my teams & I to continue building the community within the centre, supporting the OSiT and local charities, driving the sustainability (ESG) within Tudor Street and delivering a 5-star service to both clients & visitors.

When I am not covering an Event on the Deck or looking after the day-to-day operations of Tudor Street, you will find me on the golf course, fingers crossed one year I will beat Giles.
