The winner will also get 6 hours of free business advice from Tracey, who is a Business Wales Mentor and has her own business column in Style of the City Magazine.

• Entries of the vehicle parked outside or in proximity to the OSiT Cardiff offices will not qualify

• For those not needing office space, OSiT can instead offer free meeting room use for 1 month

• Free office or meeting room use must be used by December 31st 2021

• Offer does not include IT charges, which will be charged at up to £50 per person per month plus VAT

• A £250 deposit will be taken prior to occupation and be held against unpaid invoices for adhoc services

• An OSiT standard license will be signed to ensure legal compliance for a period of 1 month

• This prize is transferable to another party

• Anti-money laundering checks must be completed prior to occupation

• This prize can be used in conjunction with the 10/10 promotion but no other promotions

• One month of free office space can be added to a longer-term license should you take offices with us for a longer period
