Our approach to ESG
In the last 12 months we have created an Environmental Social Governance (ESG) policy that outlines our current efforts and future commitments to environmental, ethical, social and economic issues.
Our ESG strategy is an integral part of our vision for the future. In the document below you can discover more about what we are doing at OSiT to shape our company with sustainability, honesty and responsibility in mind.

We invest in our people by focusing on learning and development, wellbeing, empowerment, culture and equal opportunities. Our ethos is to respect and value people’s differences, and to help everyone achieve more at work as well as in their personal lives so that they feel proud of the part they play in our success.
Offering client support is a big part of what we do too. We are always looking for ways to improve and expand our offerings through our ESG strategy. In addition to a variety of free wellness offerings throughout our office buildings, we have created a Client Portal so we can more easily share new wellness initiatives with our OSiT family. It is also a great online space for networking and access to free courses and learning content.
As part of our wider ESG strategy, we strive to engage with suppliers and contractors that are aligned with our values and that uphold the same high standards of business integrity and ethical conduct. Supporting our community is also very high on our agenda. Charity has always been a big part of our culture here at OSiT and now forms a big part of our ESG strategy too with drive and dedication from our Charity Committee.
Across all of our office space buildings, we are committed to making our operations meet the highest standard of environmental care. In addition to our legal obligations, we work to proactively protect the environment by sending no waste to landfill, purchasing green energy and implementing a no single-use plastic policy, amongst lots of other things.
We want our ESG policy to be woven into how we do business. We will continue to do everything we can to ensure we are held accountable for our ESG initiatives and that they remain central to our operational strategy. With this in mind, we have appointed Georgia Sandom, our Divisional Director, as head of ESG and have established our Sustainability Committee to further support our vision.
