Simply Asset Finance (SAF), the alternative financing expert which works with clients to secure financing for Britain's small and medium-sized businesses, experienced a sudden increase in demand for its services last year. Welcome though this was, it posed a number of challenges for the business, namely the need to rapidly expand its team, and therefore the physical environment in which the team could be accommodated.

How OSiT's flexible office space solutions helped

At OSiT, we were able to quickly respond to SAF's evolving needs. Rather than facing the costs and business interruption associated with having to move offices, the OSiT team at Waterloo, led by the Senior General Manager Roy Jones, assisted SAF by extending its floor space to accommodate its growing number of employees.

Roy and his team provided SAF with full-service IT set-up, moved desks and implemented a range of new workstations as and when SAF took on new staff. Despite the swift implementation, the expansion was undertaken with minimum interruption to SAF's business operations.

The building, which has an extensive list of amenities including Boundary Café (which prides itself on offering coffee for connoisseurs), is located next to one of London's best-linked mainline stations and has been imaginatively designed to showcase the theme of Lewis Carroll's famous _Alice in Wonderlan_d. According to SAF, the quirky design and high-spec of the offices have helped to attract and retain talent; as well as providing a talking point when entertaining clients.
