This July marks a year since Niki and Giles Fuchs, the founders of Office Space in Town (OSiT), announced they were taking a step back from the day-to-day business and that Simon Eastlake would take over as the new managing director.

The business has come a long way since the siblings opened the first OSiT flexible workspace centre in a 25,000 sq ft building at Euston Tower in London back in 2009. Today, the company operates circa 250,000 sq ft of space across eight sites in London, Cardiff and Edinburgh and is one of the UK’s leading flexible workspace providers.
