Meet the Manager

Having joined the Office Space in Town family four years ago in 2012 as a General Manager at our Liverpool Street, London centre my role has evolved over time to that of Developments Manager.

Excitingly this has allowed me, over the past four years to help manage the design, build, set up and all of the initial sales for three of our buildings as well as supporting another. I have worked across our amazing London portfolio starting with our centre in Little Britain then our Waterloo location and most recently our stunning centres at Mayfair and Monument, where I am currently based. My role involves supporting more than 58 clients, each with staff of 1-50 making sure that they receive our famous Office Space in Town levels of service, that our clients say is second to none.

I am always professionally challenged with my role which has now includes finding potential properties for the group to expand into, as well as the new area of managed contracts for larger business requirements. It is also exciting to look forward to my work evolving further; matching the growth and evolution of our business by serving the changing needs of our business community.

Internet Provision

The centre has two diverse tier one Ethernet lines coming into the building which give us a robust failover service for both internet and telephony. 
 
Our internet service is monitored on a millisecond basis to ensure that we are able to act quickly and with knowledge to any interruptions to our services.
 
We use a software system that manages our infrastructure of Internet, networking, Wi-Fi and voice.  This software is in real time and gives us immediate information and enables us to react to our client’s needs in an instant.
 

Telephony

We currently use the Avaya Aura Platform which is designed to support mid to large enterprises.  Full details of the system and its functionality are available from the centre.

Meeting Rooms

The calm and soothing environment of our Monument meeting rooms are matched by the impressive IT and Telecoms infrastructure. Offering 1GB ethernet connection and click share technology, so you no longer need to get tangled up in the wires when giving that critical presentation.

Cruise down into our boutique, dedicated meeting and conferencing floors and you will find a welcome range of meeting rooms. From the impressive, grand State Room, to the intimate and comfortable Buoys. We have Space to suit all styles of business. We offer eleven individual meeting spaces, each with a unique and inspiring design.

Each of the eleven meeting rooms are themed around the nautical adventures of a grand yacht, sailing over the calm open waters. Taking inspiration from Sunseeker London Yachts, we wanted to make our clients feel as though they were sailing their meeting to success.

The Knot is a twelve-person boardroom room, with intricate knots tied in rope above the table. This warm and welcoming room, allows you to feel empowered in the space.

The Saloon is an informal four seater, with plush blue velvet seats around a small round table. For that informal catch up with clients. You’ll feel relaxed with the deep blue tones on the walls.

The Hull is a ten-person boardroom style meeting room. You’ll feel like you’re in the hull of the ship, with the wooden walls and clean, white lights coming in from the roof.

The Keel is a luxuriously modern twelve-person boardroom. Looking up you will see the black reflective surface of the roof, with the Keel of a ship embedded in the light fixtures.

The informal Buoys is a four seater relaxed meeting space, with two armchairs and a sofa. The light fixtures are inside the Buoys, allowing the to brighten up the room.

The grand State Room will make you feel as though you’re the Captain of the ship, steering your meeting to success. With portraits on the walls, plush carpets and wallpaper, this boardroom seats 20, with floor to ceiling windows. You will be empowered to work like a Captain in this meeting room.

The Cabin is an eight-person minimalist meeting room, with padded walls and a round table.

The Anchors individually seat eight people in, or we can open all three rooms to seat up to 100 people. This large room has motifs all across the walls, yet is kept bright and minimal with large floor to ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural daylight in.

You will feel transported to the night in the middle of the ocean in The Stars room. This eight-person round table will allow you the tranquillity and peace of mind to wow your clients.

The clean, minimalist Sails room seats 6, with white sails draped across the roof. This serene escape will allow you to clear your mind and focus on what needs to be done.

The engine room is a four seated room. The mechanism in the table works to extend so it can transform into a 6 seater table.
