Meet the Manager

I started with Office Space in Town in 2011 at the Euston Tower centre, the first London based centre in the group with Sarah Singlehurst. I have been lucky enough to progress through the company from Reception to Operations to General Manager, allowing me to master all job roles within the team and understand how everyone interacts with our clients.

I took over our London St Paul’s offices in April 2014. From day one I was excited about being able to develop the building, adding my own personal touches to delight our clients. In bringing the private members club feel to life, the team has had a chance not only to get creative and invest in the building, but further support our clients’ needs.  

In May 2017, I moved to our Liverpool St building and I’m enjoying the challenge of being in the busy London Serviced Offices hub, as well as leading a new team to success.

For me, the best thing about working for Office Space in Town has always been the people; my team, colleagues and clients. It’s also great to see that every member of the company shares the same ethos, striving to make it enjoyable and rewarding place to work, building great relationships with colleagues and clients.  Giles, Niki, Sarah and Tracey have been amazing mentors and I am hugely grateful for their help along the way.

As a company Office Space in Town understands that our Clients need a stable and functional integrated IT solution for their businesses.  No one can deliver or promise to deliver 100% uptime.  However, we can ensure that we:

Internet Provision

The centre has two diverse tier one Ethernet lines coming into the building which give us a robust failover service for both internet and telephony. 
 
Our internet service is monitored on a millisecond basis to ensure that we are able to act quickly and with knowledge to any interruptions to our services.
 
We use a software system that manages our infrastructure of Internet, networking, Wi-Fi and voice.  This software is in real time and gives us immediate information and enables us to react to our client’s needs in an instant.
 

Telephony

We currently use the Avaya Aura Platform which is designed to support mid to large enterprises.  Full details of the system and its functionality are available from the centre.

Meeting Rooms

The impressive views of the meeting rooms at our Liverpool Street centre are matched by the impressive IT and Telecoms infrastructure. Offering fibre optic internet flat screen HD TVs, and conference telephones.

Each of the seven meeting rooms are themed around locations in London, each a location where we have an office nearby, taking you to a boutique and professional space. With sizes from the six-person Mayfair suite, up to the one hundred delegate conferencing suites. Each room has been specifically designed with your meeting in mind:

Mayfair is an intimate six-person space, with sofas and armchairs. Perfect for that intimate meeting.

Monument is an eight-person boardroom, with impressive windows

Bank is an eight-person boardroom

Waterloo seats up to twenty people in a round table style, but can also accommodate classroom, boardroom, U-shaped or conference styles. This suite also opens up with the neighbouring St. Paul’s & Euston, which are similar suites that all open up to sit an impressive 100 delegates. We can also open up just Waterloo and St. Paul’s to sit up to 60 delegates.

Liverpool Street is a twelve-person room, with a grand wooden table situated in the centre of the room. This impressive room is perfectly situated to set you up for success.
