With Covid-19 prompting businesses to think twice before committing to traditional long-term office leases as employees emerge from lockdown, flexible workspace is increasingly attractive.

In a recent article for Raconteur and The Times, OSiT CEO Giles Fuchs discusses the pitfalls of working from home, with respondents to OSiT’s recent survey citing an inability to unplug from work, loneliness and distractions as significant disadvantages. With further impacts of lockdown remote working on our mental and physical health, Giles outlines why it is little wonder that just 5% of OSiT’s survey respondents wanted to continue working remotely on a full-time basis.

As lockdown eases, flexible workspace can play a crucial role in catering to businesses’ changing needs, providing HQ-standard facilities, meet new health requirements and actively help to attract and retain talent.
