But, does a neat and tidy desk mean that there’s an organised person sat behind it? According to the design firm Herman Miller, it’s not always the case! The report found that those office workers who put a lot of energy into keeping an organised filing system are more likely to be creating an elaborate system that is not only hard to navigate but also holds a number of unnecessary documents.
