We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager with a passion for great customer service to join the OSiT family at our business centre at Monument.

We are one of the UK’s leading serviced office providers, but first and foremost we are a business with family values at its heart. All six of our buildings in central London have individually designed and stunning interiors that provide inspiring spaces to work, meet and play and we really take pride in delivering a superior customer experience – that’s the OSiT difference!

 

Over the next three years, our strategy is increase the number of centres we have in London and so we are looking for hard-working and ambitious individuals who want a career not just a job. In return, we invest heavily in the personal development of our staff to help them reach their potential – many of our current centre managers started with us in reception roles and have worked their way up the OSiT career ladder.

 

The ideal candidate to join our family will:

  • be able to manage the day-to-day running of our ‘flagship’ centre- ensuring quality and the highest of service standards at all time.
  • be able to manage and support the centre team and build a strong rapport with clients and visitors alike
  • be able to manage the facilities, security and ongoing maintenance of the centre and build productive relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • be able to manage the accurate billing of services and sales ledger
  • be self-motivated with a pro-active ‘can-do’ approach, able to work on their own initiative
  • have a big SMILE and a genuine passion for, and experience of, delivering excellent customer service

 

We are offering a full time position with hours between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, regular company incentives and rewards, a company weekend away, staff socials and much more!
