Meeting and Conferencing Manager

Office Space in Town (OSiT) is looking for an experienced Meeting and Conferencing Manager with a successful track record of delivering new business and excellent service.

The ideal candidate will take responsibility for driving business and delivering excellent service to our rooftop event space and 14 meeting rooms.

The ideal candidate to join our family will:
• Be able to self generate new business for our rooftop event space and centre meeting rooms
• Be able to look after the day-to-day running of our meeting rooms ensuring the quality of environment and delivery of the highest standard of service at all times.
• Thrive in a fast passed and energetic role
• Be able to manage the accurate billing of meeting room services through our bookings system.
• Manage the stocking and refresh of rooms with hot and cold beverages and catering.
• Ensure the smooth running of all client events.
• Drive the internal revenue of the meeting rooms and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Build a strong rapport with clients and visitors alike.
• Be self-motivated with a pro-active ‘can-do’ approach, able to work on their own initiative; and
• Have a big SMILE and a genuine passion for, and experience of, delivering excellent customer service.

We are offering a full-time position with hours between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, regular company incentives and rewards, a company weekend away, staff socials and much more!
