Lisa Mumford

I have been a member of the OSiT family since 2013, I still can’t believe how quick the last 10 years have gone but I guess they are right when they say time flies when you are having fun! I am one of the original members of OSiT. I started in our first London building Euston Tower as a receptionist. I knew from an early stage that this was the company I wanted to grow and build my career with. I love the family culture and values OSiT offers to staff and clients. The bond we have as a company is rare and as the business grows, we do too. Staff development is the key to our successful business, and I want others to have the same experience and opportunities as I have.

4 years into my journey I went from Receptionist, Conferencing & Sales, Assistant Centre Manager to the General Manager of Euston Tower, a real ‘pinch me’ moment. I managed Euston Tower from 2017-2021 until our lease ended and the building closed for refurbishment. I would say it was a bittersweet moment for me as I was sad to leave Euston but excited to start my new adventure in the city where I now manage our St Paul’s building, 20 Little Britain. It is a beautiful building, and the area has a lot to offer. I also have the best team supporting me and that makes my work life even more enjoyable!

Outside of the office I live in West London with my partner Tom and our Cocker Spaniel Polly, we spend a lot of time going on long walks and travelling up and down the country seeing friends and family as Tom is from Yorkshire (Eyup!). I have recently found a new love for running and I completed my first half marathon this year and hope to one day complete a full marathon!
