Marketing Manager

Office Space in Town (OSiT) is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a 'can do' attitude to lead the marketing team at their London HQ.

OSiT is one of the UK’s leading serviced office brands - all seven of our buildings in central London have individually designed and stunning interiors, providing inspiring spaces to work, meet and play. We need a passionate and creative individual who can help us to tell our unique story in the marketplace, deliver compelling lead generation campaigns and innovative client retention programmes.  Over the next three years, our aim is to increase the number of centres we have in London, whilst maintaining our existing high levels of occupancy. So, that's why we're looking for a hard-working and ambitious individual to take our marketing operation to the next level. 

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least five years experience in a similar B2B marketing role, preferably in the property or hospitality industry.

As well as responsibility for marketing planning, the role includes the management of marketing suppliers, communications and lead generation campaigns, marketing collateral, market and client research surveys, digital assets including the website and social media channels, and media relations/PR.
